We are committed to delivering your favorite products to you in a timely manner. The following shipping policy outlines how we handle shipping, including processing times, shipping times, and any additional information you might need.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3 business days.
- Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This includes verifying your order, performing quality checks, and packaging.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Time
- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to you within one week.
- Shipping time refers to the time it takes for the item to be delivered to you after it's been dispatched from our warehouse.
- We partner with major courier companies to ensure your items arrive in the quickest time possible. However, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to Unites States only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
- Shipping charges and delivery estimates for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Double CartΒ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Claims
Please reach out to us if you have any damage claim at sales@double-cart.com. save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
