Inventory & ETA Updates
Furniture, rugs, and made-to-order goods live and die by two questions: "is it in stock?" and "when will it arrive?" We keep the answers on your store true — updating stock levels, restock dates, and delivery ETAs on a schedule that matches how fast your supply actually moves.
Starting at $250/mo
What's included
- Your cadence: daily, twice-daily, or weekly update runs — set after a quote, changeable as your season changes
- Stock levels, restock dates, and discontinued items kept current across the whole catalog
- Delivery ETAs and lead times updated on product pages and in structured data — availability is a ranked field in AI shopping results
- Supplier feeds in any format: CSVs, spreadsheets, portal exports, even emails — we normalize them
- A change log after every run: what changed, what was flagged, what needs your call
Good fit if
you sell furniture, rugs, or other long-lead goods where stock and delivery estimates change faster than anyone updates the website.
How it starts
Every engagement opens with the free scan of your store. The scored report defines the scope — you see the evidence before you see a quote.
Stale inventory is a silent tax
Every "in stock" that isn't costs you a refund, a support thread, and a review. Every "ships in 2 weeks" that's really 8 costs you the customer's trust. And it now costs you twice: AI shopping agents read your availability and delivery data as ranked fields — a catalog that says nothing, or says something stale, loses recommendations to the competitor whose data is current.
For most stores this isn't a tooling problem, it's a cadence problem. The supplier sends a spreadsheet, someone means to update the site, a week passes. We turn it into a scheduled service with a paper trail.
What a run includes
- Collect the current numbers from your supplier feeds — CSV, spreadsheet, portal export, or forwarded email; format doesn't matter, we normalize it.
- Update stock levels, restock dates, delivery ETAs, and lead times across the catalog — on product pages and in the structured data AI agents read.
- Flag exceptions: discontinued items, price changes in the feed, products the feed no longer covers.
- Send the change log: what was updated, what was flagged, and anything that needs a decision from you.
Cadence and pricing
| Cadence | Best for | Pricing |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly | Stable catalogs where ETAs shift with supplier schedules | from $250/mo |
| Daily | Active catalogs — furniture and rugs with moving container ETAs | quoted per store |
| Twice daily | High-volume stores where a morning sale changes the afternoon's stock | quoted per store |
Common questions about this service
What does the $250/month starting price cover?
The weekly cadence on a typical single-supplier catalog: every run updates stock levels, restock dates, and delivery ETAs across the catalog and ends with a change log. Daily and twice-daily cadences, multiple supplier feeds, and very large catalogs are quoted per store.
Our supplier data is a mess — spreadsheets and emails. Is that a problem?
No, it's the normal case. We normalize whatever your suppliers send — CSVs, portal exports, spreadsheets, forwarded emails — into one update pipeline. If a feed is genuinely unusable we'll tell you before quoting, not after.
Can we change cadence seasonally?
Yes. Many furniture stores run weekly most of the year and switch to daily around peak season or a container arrival. Cadence changes just re-quote the month.
