Common questions about this service
Do I need to be on Shopify?
Not for a basic or standard site. The online stores are built on Shopify because it handles payments, shipping and big parts catalogues well, and you can grow it yourself later.
Can I start with a site and add a shop later?
Yes — that's what the upgrade credit is for. The price you paid for the basic site counts toward an online store if you upgrade within 12 months.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, the site and the store are in your name. You're not renting them from us.
Can you list my supplier's whole catalogue?
Yes. Stores include the first 250 or 1,000 products; beyond that we list whole supplier catalogues at the Catalog & Product Uploads rate, including which models each part fits.
